Shannon Susick has over 25 years of real estate experience in the Silicon Valley in valuation, consultation and sales. Real Estate transactions representing both sellers and buyers range from helping first time home buyers to selling multi-million dollar properties. Addressing her clients wide spectrum of needs from multi use exchanges, selling their family home to buying their dream home are just one of her many qualifications. As a licensed Certified Residential Appraiser, Shannon has valued over $1 billion in real estate transactions throughout the Bay Area and Monterey County. There is nothing that gives her greater satisfaction than helping and joining in one of the most important decisions her clients can make.
Shannon was born and raised in Palo Alto and is a 5th generation native to the Bay Area. She has lived in Los Gatos for the past 25 years raising two amazing children. She has been active in volunteering in the schools and community with an emphasis on education, fund-raising, planning and land development. Client service and representation of buyers and sellers with an objective perspective and an exceptional commitment to help others are some of her strongest qualities.
